August 2011 

Julie Simpson DPT,OCS recently joined our clinical team, while her clinical interests include the teenage athlete and manual ' hands on' therapy. Julie became Board Certified in Orthopedics last year, while our Practice now has the distinction of having 3 Board Certified Orthopedic Specialists ( while there are only 2 other PTs with this qualification that work in Livingston County!)

Glenda has continued to work on developing her Women's Health Program, providing therapy for conditions including urinary Incontinence and pelvic pain. In addition, she has now completed the course requirements for the American Physical Therapy Association Women's Health Specialty Section CAPP Certification.

July 2011

Eddy Landon PTA has recently completed the Cincinnati Sportsmedicine and Orthopedic Center Sportsmetrics Certification Program which provides patients with both clinically proven ACL injury prevention training as well as return to play training for those athletes that are recovering from an ACL Injury, while our practice is now a certified site to offer this program in our community.

February 2011

Melanie Geisa DPT has joined our clinical team after earning her Doctorate degree from the Oakland University PT Program which is recognized for its Norwegian based Orthopedic Program. We anticipate Melanie will be a wonderful addition, given her high level of commitment to provide the very best care for all of her patients.

December 2010

John recently completed his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the EIM Institute of Physical Therapy, located in Louisville, KY while the main focus of his program was practice management .  It is now hoped to put this knowledge to good use during the upcoming for the benefit of our patients

We were recently informed that we have earned a nationally recognized  ' Outcomes Excellence Award' which is based on the functional improvements our patients report compared to other clinics nationwide. We believe a number of factors contributed to achieving this award including our recognized expertise treating spinal related problems.

Our NEW Howell Clinic is NOW OPEN. After a number of months of planning & hard work by several people, we are able to provide Physical Therapy at this location. The clinic is located at 1225 W. Grand River, across the road from the Howell High School & beside the Fire Station. Please call: 517-545-3200 to schedule an appointment or for more information. We believe that this new location will be more convenient for patients living in the Howell area, while our Fowlerville clinic will continue to provide Physical Therapy services for the Fowlerville community & surrounding areas.
